- Returns & Replacements
- If you do find it necessary to return an item for any reason, please help us help you by calling Customer Service to authorize merchandise returns. Call Customer Service at 1-888-517-8282 to obtain a return authorization number. This step will help us process your return quickly and accurately, and is the only way to ensure you will receive a proper credit for your return.
Returns that are a result of a customer ordering error will be subject to a restocking fee plus freight charges. To avoid this situation, our customer service department will be happy to answer any questions regarding our merchandise prior to shipping. - Satisfaction Guaranteed
- Quality Classrooms guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. Examine products carefully when you receive them. If for any reason, you are not completely delighted with your purchase, call us within 15 days to arrange for the return of the unused product, in its original packaging and we will gladly provide you with a credit or exchange.
- Shipping Charges
- Orders over $300.00 (excluding taxes) will be delivered free in the amalgamated City of Toronto, with the exception of furniture and oversized equipment. Orders shipped to other areas will be subject to a shipping charge. Freight charges vary according to destination, size and weight of the products ordered. Please estimate 10% of the order value for most shipping charges outside the City of Toronto (excluding rural areas). Oversized or heavy items such as furniture and carpets can be more than 10%. Please call for a quotation. We will prepay all shipping charges and include the actual amount on your invoice. Inside delivery is available – please request it when you order. If there is a specific room number you would like your order delivered to, or if your classroom is difficult to reach or accessible only by stairs, please notify your customer service department at the time your order is placed. An additional charge may be added to your freight bill by the carrier for inside delivery. Upon request, we would be pleased to quote the surcharge levied by the carrier for your approval.
- Taxes
- Prices on this website do not include any federal or provincial taxes. These taxes will be added to your invoice where applicable. If your institution is exempt from PST, HST or GST, please submit an exemption certificate with your order.
- Personal Orders
- Must be paid by Visa, Mastercard or prepaid with a cheque for the total including shipping charges.
- Terms
- Our terms are net 30 days. Credit is extended to approved accounts. Overdue accounts will be charged 2% per month (24% per annum) on amounts past due.
- When your order arrives
- Before signing your delivery receipt, please check all packages for damages or carton shortages. Verify number of cartons delivered before signing for shipment. (Correct number of cartons is shown on the way bill). If the packaging appears damaged, note damage on carrier’s delivery slip before driver leaves. Failure to do so will result in any damage claims to be denied. Keep all original packaging and damaged goods in case a claim needs to be filed. Inspect all shipments immediately to ensure there has been no hidden damage. Delays of 2 or 3 days will result in the carrier refusing to pay claims. Call our office immediately to report damage or short shipments 1-888-517-8282.
- Returns

Call Customer Service at 1-888-517-8282 to obtain a return authorization number. Merchandise must be in unused, re-sellable, new condition and have been purchased within the previous 60 days. No unauthorized returns are accepted. Books and clearance items are non-returnable.

- Prices
- Although every attempt will be made to offer goods at the prices listed, prices are subject to change without notice. Occasionally undetected errors occur and it is necessary to correct them after the catalogue is printed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Prices, descriptions and availability are subject to confirmation at time of order placement.
- Canada’s Lowest Price Guaranteed!
- If you find a lower price than our published price for an identical products in a current full-year catalogue from any Canadian Educational Supply company offering 30-day terms, we will match or beat that price. To match this price, we simply require that the company and pricing information be given at the time the order is placed. Our accounting system does not allow us to make pricing adjustments after the order has been entered. For pricing adjustments by mail, please supply a copy of the catalogue page indicating the supplier name; or if by phone, fax or email the name of the catalogue and page numbers indicating the lower pricing. This guarantee does not apply to discounted orders, clearance or liquidation items. This guarantee offer is, furthermore, at the discretion of Quality Classrooms and may be withdrawn without notice at any time.
- Recycled
- With concern for the environment, we print our catalogue on recycled paper. High gloss paper, on the other hand, cannot be recycled and takes years to break down. We are proud of the fact that, when our catalogue expires, it will be recycled once again!
